Hello together
Recently my wristband of the V800 (approx. 6 months old) broke. Unfortunately, this is not covered by the warranty, but it doesn't bother me because the new bracelet only costs 20 euros.
Now the question is, how do I get a new wristband?
After about five attempts to call Polar Switzerland, someone answered. He told me I could send an e-mail with my order to the customer service and after five working days I would receive the bracelet. Of course I did, I even received an automatic acknowledgement of receipt of my message.
Today, three weeks and about ten attempted contacts later, I have not heard or received anything. Are there others who are experiencing this? What should I do now? I find it difficult to change the product as I already have a little over 1000 training sessions and am satisfied with the evaluations etc. I am not sure what to do.
How have you experienced Polar's customer service so far?
