too bright, looses focus

I tested it on Linux and Mac. It looses the focus every several minutes (then it's just blurry for several secodns). And colors are terrible - my face and arms are so bright, they merge with white wall in the background. I am suprised with how bad it is.
Maybe there's a software to reprogram it on windows, but who has windows? mehr
