Hello there, thanks for the prompt feedback. The issue is not with batteries or charging but rather where the brush is attached. The little metal part where the brush is mounted has loosened and the toothbrush loses effectiveness. The toothbrush did not fall on the floor nor get damaged in other manners. As said this is the third time I encounter that issue with the same tbrush, same model.

first of all we want to thank you for purchasing our Sonicare toothbrush and taking the time to writing a review. It is amazing that you describe it as the best ever toothbrush you had and that the device shows no side effects. That is how it is supposed to be. Not very satisfying is the fact that this is the third device you buy.
Please make sure to always dry the toothbrush after using it and to not keep it in wet areas, e.g. in water that remains on the sink. Please also try to charge it nonstop for 24 hours, as this sometimes helps solving the issue.
