Works well but the battery is not so great

I bought it last yeat in fall. And after a few weeks of use my battery had an error, all three battery light were blinking when I tried to charge it. As soon as I switch it on, it would work for only 3 seconds and then turn off by itself. I contacted galaxus and they sent me another one as replacement. However today this same problem has happened again, power off by itself and cannot be charged. I actually like it very much when its working, however because of this mysterious battery issue I would hesitate a bit to recommend the product. mehr
