Nice design but very cheaply made: does not seem to last long

I have bought this kettle for my new home because I have been using the same model for three months in my service apartment and loved the design and comfort. The kettle I have received yesterday, although it is the same model, has nothing to do with the kettle I expected. It seems the cheaper version. The kettle is not fitting the base and is very unstable. The start button looks of very bad quality and easy to break. The top is difficult to open. I hope it is just a model with defects and can be replaced with a better one. I will return it. mehr
