We are seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic backoffice customer service team. Your role is vital in ensuring that our customers receive the right product at the right time. Your expertise and dedication will play a crucial role in promptly resolving product and delivery-related inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing our processes.

Tes responsabilités

  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing and resolving product-related inquiries, ensuring the customer needs are met and concerns are resolved efficiently
  • Communicate and clarify issues with suppliers through email and respond promptly and accurately to product-specific inquiries
  • Streamline internal processes for enhanced efficiency and improved our performance
  • Continuously expand and update product and process knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service

Tes compétences

  • Impeccable written expression to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain courteous and professional interactions with internal and external partners
  • Fluent English at C1 level or higher, with German or French language skills as an advantage
  • Customer-oriented mindset, ensuring satisfaction in all interactions and problem-solving
  • Additionally, having product knowledge in computer, smartphone, printer, photography, consumer electronics, network, and server categories is an advantage
