In our Customer Service team, your team-oriented yet independent approach will make you a vital part of our communication with customers and merchants.

Tes responsabilités

  • You answer customer and retailer inquiries via email, e.g., regarding delivery dates, order changes, returns, warranty questions, or payments
  • Product advice and shopping tips are also part of your responsibilities
  • With your creativity and enthusiasm, you resolve open questions efficiently and to the great satisfaction of our customers
  • You are also our customer service hero, providing consistent, professional, and successful support
  • For you, internal work processes are never static – you creatively seek new solutions and evaluate their suitability

Tes compétences

  • You have a good basic understanding of technology and are comfortable navigating the digital world
  • Excellent English skills for daily communication, while additional knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Thanks to your analytical skills, you can break problems down into their individual components, quickly find solutions, and make decisions
  • A willingness to challenge «how things have always been done» and propose more efficient, automated, or effective solutions
  • The capacity to adapt to ongoing changes in the work environment
