Join Dr. No, our cross-functional team in Product Development, focused on smart solutions in People & Culture, Finance, and Logistics. We're looking for a Software Engineer with .NET and frontend skills, eager to grow and work with employee-related data in a dynamic, supportive team.

Tes responsabilités

  • Implement requirements as a software engineer, focusing on clean code, sustainable architecture, and robust test coverage.
  • Enhance the quality, maintainability, and extensibility of the codebase while also taking responsibility for the software's operation through DevOps practices.
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional Scrum team of software and data engineers to analyse requirements, design, and technically implement new features.
  • Foster open, transparent, and clear communication as a collaborative team player, actively giving and receiving constructive feedback within and beyond Scrum ceremonies.
  • Participate in the entire process from conception to implementation and operation of solutions, including code reviews and support.
  • Utilize T-shaped skills to work deeply and broadly alongside other software and data engineers on the team.

Tes compétences

  • Advanced education in a technical or data-focused field (ETH/UNI/FH) or significant professional experience with .NET technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework, with a preference for front-end development (e.g., ASP.NET Razor components).
  • Eagerness to learn quickly and extensively, with a proactive mindset.
  • You enjoy working with others, pushing projects forward as a team, and see real value in agile practices like pair programming.
  • Solid technical understanding with the ability to grasp complex systems and derive effective solutions.
  • You have excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • Bonus points if you’ve got experience with tools like BigQuery, Dataform, MSSQL, Tableau, SSRS, OLAP cubes, or comparable tools in the area of data management, preparation, and provision.
