I am looking for a replacement thermal pad for M.2 SSD. Dimensions should be about 20x70mm. As thick as possible to ensure clean contact with the heat sink. Unfortunately, there is not really anything specific where you could take optimal, preferably thin pads. The search for pads here on Digitec is really difficult, as no dimensions are categorised. I don't know if anyone from Digitec has ever had to search for something like this themselves... *eye rolling noise Now, after a long search, I find exactly one pad that is available with a thickness of 3mm: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/thermal-grizzly-minus-pad-8-8-wm-k-waermeleitmittel-12331585. But let's be honest: 20 Swiss francs for a single thermal pad that you also have to cut to size? Are these things made of gold? I'm not really enthusiastic about the offer here. How do you solve this when you need a replacement pad for M.2 SSD? Any tips?

2023-11-16 I cannot manage see a filterable criteria for the thermal grease for the thermal conductivity value. I think yesterday it was available

One of the most challenging problems in thermal pads , is electrical conductivity after period of time. Some of the thermal pastes or pad covers have aluminum or tin and other conductives that may be a risk for electrical short circuit and hardware damages. Therefore, I need to ask digitec to has explanations about it and warn to buyers that how to use thermal products correctly, to avoid mistake by users. Some PC and laptop owners have interest to use thermal products like pads to reduce heat thermal effects, but suddenly may does mistake and use thermal paste or grease or pads on wrong components and cause hardware damages by short circuit.!

A separate category for heat conducting pads including information on length, width and thickness would be incredibly helpful. It is incredibly time-consuming to find out the dimensions from the manufacturer each time.

I replaced the stock thermal pads from EKWB (3W/mk) with Thermalright pads (12W/mk). Total mistake and the temperatures of the RTX3090 have deteriorated massively even when mining. Long story short: Who can recommend good thermal pads (not paste) for RTX3090? Doesn't have to be over 10W/mk. Still so grateful for every answer!

Hello Community I am currently using a Pure Rock 2 and the factory applied paste on the radiator. Temp. are so far ok. However, I could reduce the temperature still something only with a slightly better paste? If so, which one would you recommend for a Ryzen 5 3600? Thanks

As written above, I am looking for the right thermal paste for the PS3 Fat. If you have any tips and tricks or other product recommendations, please let me know. Greetings

I am looking for a suitable thermal paste for my 1080ti that harmonises with my nickel block. No liquid metal because of conductivity, as I don't want to cover the GPU pins with nail polish. Thanks a lot for your feedback.

Hello, I am going to install an I7 8700k (water cooled) with a polished and silver-plated headspreader. I have now read that liquid metal can literally weld on shiny surfaces. The liquid metal becomes an alloy of the respective surfaces, etc. Is liquid metal a must when cooling with water and aiming for 5Ghz? Or can you also succeed with conventional paste thanks to water. Since this is a limited series of CPU, I don't want to have to bury the part in the MB or grind around on the silver etc. Thank you guys!

Hello, As there is no expiry date on the thermal paste tubes I would like to know how long after purchase can I use it again!

Since when did Digitec reintroduce the minimum order surcharge? I just wanted to order thermal paste, but a 9.- surcharge, even for collection? No way! Remember the tweet from Digitec on 17 April 2014 after they introduced the minimum quantity surcharge for the first time: https://twitter.com/digitec_de...

Hello which thermal paste for AMD Ryzen 7 2700X can I use or do you recommend?

Hello I've been reading a lot about CPU heads lately, I know it helps quite a bit with heavy overclocking, however I don't trust myself to do it (don't feel like wrecking my CPU). So my question is, can I use the thermal paste that comes with my Cooler Master Hyper ML240L RGB or should I buy one? if so which one?

What should I use? I'm going to head my CPU (i9) and can't decide whether to use liquid metal or thermal paste. The same for the graphics card. Will be disassembled and converted to water cooling. Just like the CPU (I forgot to say). So, Thermal Grizzly Condactonaut was planned as the liquid metal, enclosed as I said what should I take? LG Highfly
