I have a desk pad in my office where I can write notes etc. on it. Now I'm looking for a desk pad in black, with protection at the bottom two corners. It always bends so badly because the arms are right at the corners. LxH: 56.5 x 40cm would be the desk pad (notes etc).

On 17.12.2021 we returned the KitchenAid article (accessory for food processor) because a part was defective. The article was returned to us on 24.12. with the same defective part. The appliance is therefore still unusable. What should we do? Send it back for service again?

We had ordered a kidi dj mix. Opened the package for Christmas. But this one doesn't turn on. We tried to replace the batteries and still nothing. Can we go to a digitec branch to replace it?
