The manufacturer's warranty will not be accepted or partially reduced

The 2-year manufacturer's guarantee does not apply to Philips Hue and Osram LED light sources. Brack, Migros, Jumbo and other retailers accept the guarantee. Digitec/Galaxus and MediaMarkt do not cover the manufacturer's warranty. The reason for this is understandable. Therefore, always check the product's warranty. Digitec sometimes shortens the manufacturer's guarantee. For example, PC power supplies usually have a 10-year warranty, but Digitec only grants a 2-year warranty or simply shortens it, which is not correct. In my opinion, Digitec/Galaxus should check the manufacturer's guarantees again, as not all of them are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee, which is disadvantageous for the customer.

    Old specifications E14 Max. 25 Watt ?

Is it correct that an LED 6.5W, E14 can be screwed into the lamps where the base is labelled Max. 25 Watt according to presumably old specifications? 6.5 LED corresponds to a 60 watt bulb according to earlier specifications.

Led light source with high colour rendering index Ra (CRI)

Hello together, I am looking for led bulbs with a high colour rendering index Ra (CRI in English). So far I have only found a few led spots and led strips (but not at Galaxus). At Galaxus, you can't filter by this criterion. When the Led came on the market it was touted as the ultimate light source, but today it is still as difficult as it was a few years ago to find a Led light source with a good light. I am looking for a Led bulb with a Ra of at least 90, 3000-4000 Kelvin White for an E27 base with min. 350 lumen. Price max. 100.-

    Filter: temperature

You propose 6655 bulbs and I'm confused. To help us sort through them, I think it would be really useful to add the option of filtering by temperature using a slider (from 0K to 4000K or more if necessary) and not with tick boxes as at present ("neutral white"; "warm white"; "cool white"). This would give us a clearer, more objective filter. In fact, if I know I need a 3000K bulb, it's currently very difficult to find one. In my personal experience, when I'm looking for a bulb, the most important criteria are: 1) the type of base (E27, E14, etc.) 2) luminous intensity in Lumen 3) colour in Kelvin 4) power in watts

Wanted: LED, E27, clear glass, light source as small as possible (point light source)

Hello, I need the smallest possible light source for a Moroccan lamp (sheet metal with a perforated pattern). This is the only way to make the hole pattern stand out as a light effect on the walls. It has enough space, normal bulb size or larger, but the filament inside must not be large. All the LEDs I can find have some kind of LED rods inside. But I would need a point light source. A single LED that is strong enough would be perfect. :)

    Beam angle for light sources

Hi Galaxus How about including the "radiation angle" or "beam angle" from the product data in the filters? In most products you have the data. 360°, 110°,36°, 15°...

Longer filter for LED tubes (fluorescent tube replacement)?

Why is the MOST IMPORTANT filter, namely the length, not specified for tubes (e.g. G13 socket)? How am I supposed to find the right lamp for my 120cm tube as a replacement?

    Filter for colour rendering index

A filter for the colour rendering index of LEDs would be great. And an option "without specification", for all those who do not have it, would be good for the filters.

LED under-cabinet luminaire with direct mains connection

I am looking for an LED under-cabinet luminaire for the work area in the kitchen. I would like to mount the lamp at the bottom of the kitchen wall unit so that it illuminates the work surface. Unfortunately, I can only find models with a cable and plug, but I want to connect the lamp directly to the mains (direct connection) rather than via a socket. The lamp should be 50 cm long and have an on/off switch directly on the lamp. Where can I find a suitable product? Thank you.

Are there good quality E27 LED bulbs?

When the industry made LEDs palatable to us back then, they spoke of a 30-year service life. Today, I'm amazed when a Philips LED lasts as long as a classic light bulb. In terms of quality, everything is rubbish. Is there a high-end brand that doesn't save every cents in production and offers products that last a long time?

    Data quality

It would be nice if Galaxus improved the data quality and at least checked it a little for plausibility. Here, almost 500 lamps have an output of more than 10kW. Some even have power in the 3-digit MW range. Example: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s14/product/philips-halogenmetalldampflampe-e27-266400000-w-1750-lm-g-leuchtmittel-21415183 266400000W so 266MW

Search LED tube 44cm for bathroom cabinet

Hi. I want to replace the two light tubes in the bathroom cabinet and found this old discussion: https://www.digitec.ch/de... Is there now a decent product available from Digited (or elsewhere) that you can just screw into the old socket and it works? The online search was unsuccessful and the length is still not available as a search criterion at Digitec... Thank you for your feedback.

Desired fields for the product entry form aka we want better filters

Like many, I am annoyed by the fact that the filters are very poor. There is always the "argument" of product data entry.... so so that this is no longer an obstacle, the product data entry must be improved. Therefore, the call to the community here for illuminants the desired fields for the collection. Rule: Each entry one field. Then we can rate the entries.

    Fluorescent tubes

I am looking for a fluorescent tube with a G5 base, which is approx. 90cm long. Unfortunately, there is no filter selection to determine the length of the fluorescent tubes. In addition, the length is not specified for all fluorescent tubes. Which one is the right one? Thank you very much for your help!

Search LED replacement for fluorescent tubes

I have two fluorescent tubes in the kitchen that I would like to replace with LED tubes, but I can't find anything suitable. The following are currently in there: 1. OSRAM L 16W/830M --> T8 / G13, 72cm long 2. OSRAM L 8W/ 630M --> approx. 27.5cm long, probably T5 / G5 ? Both have a starter. Does anyone know which LED tubes would fit here?

    Please, please new filters

Why can't I filter by energy efficiency class? Or in Smart Management whether they can be managed via WIFI or Bluetooth? You used to be really great with your filters but lately you have no idea what a buyer might be interested in.

Filter "power per lamp" not uniform

For some lamps, the power seems to be indicated as "halogen equivalent", for other lamps, the effective power is indicated. The filter would be much more practical if it could always be used to search for the effective wattage. Examples: 1. effective power of 20W indicated (equivalent would be 150 Watt): https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s14/product/philips-led-eyecomfort-e27-60-w-leuchtmittel-17469049 2. equivalent of 60W given (effective power would be 5.9 watts): https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s14/product/philips-led-eyecomfort-e27-60-w-leuchtmittel-17469049

45cm LED tube (G13) for bathroom mirror cabinet?

Hello, I have now clicked my way through almost all the LED tubes in the Galaxus range, as you can neither filter them by length nor can you tell the length from the product title for only a few of them. Unfortunately, I found that the shortest LED tubes in the Galaxus range seem to be 60 cm long. However, my bathroom mirror cabinet has two 45cm fluorescent tubes in it, which I would like to replace with LED tubes. Do G13 LED tubes in 45cm length exist at all and if so, can Galaxus include them in their range?
