This is better than I expected. On par with my gaming laptop's internal NVME speed. If you are looking for a 2nd storage unit -not do not plan to do heavy-duty with it e.g. video encoding -, I think this gets the job done for 90% of users. Do NOT go for SATA, if your computer supports the format.
