For our Live Chat Support team in Belgrade, we are looking for a proactive, creative, reliable, and motivated full-time team member to join us as soon as possible. If you enjoy interacting with customers, working in a team, and bring a healthy dose of curiosity and enthusiasm, you'll fit right into our multinational team.
Your responsibilities
- Provide individual, friendly, and professional customer support via live chat
- Deliver comprehensive and efficient guidance regarding products, as well as customer issues and inquiries
- Process and manage orders, warranty claims, and return requests
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve workflows and processes
Your skills
- You're comfortable with technology and enjoy working on a laptop. You have experience with fast and accurate typing and are eager to explore new technologies
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills. Knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage
- You are empathetic, articulate, team-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
- You work independently and use your analytical skills to quickly understand situations and identify the best solutions for customers
- You use creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
- You have the capacity to adapt to ongoing changes in the work environment
