For our Live Chat Support team in Belgrade, we are looking for proactive, creative, energetic, reliable, and motivated support to join us as soon as possible in a part-time role (50%).
Enjoy maximum flexibility by choosing your own working hours through our shift booking app. You're responsible for completing a minimum of 20 hours per week by booking available shifts between Monday and Saturday, with the opportunity to work additional hours whenever shifts are available.
Please note: This is a permanent part-time position and cannot be combined with full-time employment. It may only be your primary job or combined with other part-time employment, provided your total workload does not exceed 100%.
Deine Aufgaben
- Provide individual, friendly, and professional customer support via live chat
- Deliver comprehensive and efficient guidance regarding products, as well as customer issues and inquiries
- Process and manage orders, warranty claims, and return requests
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve workflows and processes
Deine Fähigkeiten
- No stranger to keyboards: comfortable with laptops and experienced in fast typing, with curiosity for new technologies
- Previous experience in customer service or working with customers in general is a significant advantage
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, while German or French are big plus
- Based in Serbia and available to work part-time shifts
- Empathetic, articulate, team-oriented, and able to organize well when handling multiple tasks
- Independent thinking combined with analytical skills to quickly understand tasks and evaluate the best approach for customers
- The capacity to adapt to ongoing changes in the work environment
- Using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
