As part of an international recruitment team, you will partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to support hiring across areas such as Customer Service, Product Development, Marketing, Finance, People & Culture, Category Management, and other business functions as recruitment needs evolve. Through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and modern recruitment tools, you will help deliver an outstanding candidate experience, including supporting innovative recruitment initiatives such as our Customer Service Casting Days.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Actively participate in recruitment meetings, driving recruitment initiatives, collaborating on strategies, and supporting the team in achieving hiring goals across different departments
  • Drive recruitment efforts across multiple departments, ensuring a seamless process and a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to better understand their recruitment needs
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing channels and strategies to identify and attract high-quality and diverse candidates
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' cultural fit and alignment with role requirements
  • Utilize your understanding of the market to identify talent for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Plan, coordinate and participate in recruitment events, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and effective talent assessment
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to optimize processes based on data and experience
  • Represent the company's culture and values when serving as the first point of contact for candidates
  • Actively contribute to achieving team goals and aligning with the company's vision.

Deine Fähigkeiten

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across a variety of roles
  • Hands-on experience in active sourcing and building talent pipelines using different sourcing channels and tools
  • Professional fluency in German (minimum C1) and English
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment market and the ability to identify and attract talent across a variety of business functions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage hiring managers and candidates
  • Proactive approach to building talent pipelines and identifying new ways to improve and optimize recruitment processes
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment and can adjust priorities to meet changing business needs
  • Building trust through consistent and reliable actions
