The case works in the key areas.
Beware, 3 issues:
1) Password with repeating numbers seems unreliable, does not register properly. I recommend to have each consecutive password number be different from the previous number. You
can use a number more than once, but avoid to repeat it.
2) No instructions on normal operation, how to unlock (there are instructions on how to create password and change password). The method: 1) plug in HD to USB 2) enter password 3) press unlock key.
3) Disk automatically ejects itself (turns on password) after 13 minutes). This is probably a good security feature. However if you are doing a long copy unattended, the Mac OS complains that the drive was not properly removed/ejected and this could cause an issue?
