Unfortunately, the lamp has loose contact, i.e. since I ordered it, it hasn't worked properly or I have to be careful how the cable is aligned, otherwise it won't switch on. It's been worse for a few days now and won't switch on at all. Do I have to buy a spare part?
If it is still under warranty, I would complain about it. Otherwise, see if you can get the power supply with cable somewhere ($search engine helps).
