Question about Cooler Master Nepton 120XL
The water cooling system has been installed in my house since 2015, and so far I've never had any problems except for removing dust from time to time. But now the pump is rattling. Could this be an indication of an imminent failure?

Thank you, a replacement has been ordered. A burnt CPU would be a lot more expensive. Assembly is quick, as the basic holder does not need to be replaced. A matter of a few minutes. Then it's wonderfully quiet again and the CPU has a cool head for a long time ;)

I had that too and then exactly what you fear happened. Less than 20 days after the rattling, the thing was gone.
