The router no longer recognises my SIM card. During the basic setting it could be recognised, but later with specific settings it could no longer be recognised. The router has been reset many times to fix this problem. The SIM card works on another 4G router and smart phone. Do I have to send the device under warranty. The device has been in use for less than a day.

I inserted the SIM card (SALT) into a mobile phone and downloaded a few things. Then back into the router. Somehow it works and I was able to finish configuring the device....
