Question about OEM APA102 LED strip

The description confuses me a little. It says that the strips need 5V and run with a maximum of 7.2W, which seems strange to me. It also says that one LED needs a maximum of 0.06A. The strip has 150 LEDs distributed over 5m. 150LEDs x 0.06A = 9A 9A x 5V = 45W So shouldn't the whole thing require a maximum of 45 watts and (if you ever want to use the maximum brightness) a power supply with 5V and at least 9A? Would there even be a suitable power supply here on Digitec?
