Sorry, the question was not complete: Can I have another 8GB installed on site at Digitec? If yes, can the 8GB be installed on site? If no, can the 8GB also be ordered for installation?

No, unfortunately that is not possible. Furthermore, the RAM cannot be expanded because there are no memory slots for it. The RAM is soldered onto the mainboard. This is also evident from the specifications (see Memory -> Number of memory slots 0 -> Number of free memory slots 0). The 16GB maximum can be a little confusing, but this is simply another model that already has 16GB RAM.
