Yes the cooling paste is included in the scope of delivery
I had one with me and for normal use it is sufficient for a long time.
Yes it comes with one, but it's a normal one with not good thermal conductivity.... I recommend you get the ThermalGrizzly for 9fr Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut (1g, 12.50W/m K)
