Question about Sigma 100-400mm f/5.0-6.3 DG DN OS, Sony E

Since Sigma offers a 1.4x and 2.0x converter for this lens with L-mount, I wonder if the Sony teleconverters (also 1.4 and 2.0) would work on this lens? Has anyone already tried this out?

No, they don't work and Sigma doesn't make teleconverters for E-mount for licensing reasons. No, I haven't tried it due to the lack of a Sigma 100-400, but I have read about it. I would have the teleconverters. So if you want to mount a teleconverter on a 100-400, you can't get around the FE 100-400 GM.
