Not a question, rather feedback on the Razer brand: We bought these headphones for our daughter. Unfortunately from another electronics retailer that no longer exists. Now the headphones had problems and could no longer be charged (after about 6 months). Enquiry to Razer came back with 'Sorry, we have no one in Switzerland and there is no support there. There's nothing we can do'.
This means that Razer will no longer be a brand for me in the future. It's a shame, because these are basically great headphones.

We also no longer buy blindly from Razer, the Kitty headphones had to be replaced after about 6 months because the LEDs in the ears had signs of wear and tear (from putting them on and taking them off) that they flickered. The new ones have the same problem after 6 months, and the grey plastic on the headband is also coming loose. 😑 Conclusion: a lot of money, little quality.
