It says that KOMPLETE 11 SELECT can be downloaded. But the current version is 12. Can I download it for free or do I have to make an expensive upgrade?

I can't say, I bought the 12 Ultimate. I think for the beginning the 11 Select should also serve quite far. Greetings and good music...
