No, I bought these from Amazon, Haoge LMR-SM140S tripod mount ring for Sigma 100-400 mm F5-6.3 DG.
Fits very well and is stable.

For the exorbitant price at daswarenhaus.ch, it should be there, but I wouldn't count on it. Normally it is not included.
