Is the fan strong enough to cool an AMD FX-9590, Vishera? If not, which one would you recommend?

The 2 fans should be strong enough to cool the FX-9590. For lower temperatures, however, I would rather recommend a 240mm radiator similar to the Triton AIO water cooling: https://www.digitec.ch/de...
