Hello Dominik,
This RAM module does not work! I bought this RAM exactly for the T440. With this 16GB the T440 could no longer boot, it always restarted before anything was displayed on the screen. It only has one RAM slot and you can fit a maximum of 8GB RAM. Some T440s already have 4GB soldered in, so you would have a maximum of 12GB. I should have checked before buying:
