I don't really know if the OS supports Spanish out of the box. But the games sure do. At least Zelda has been voiced over in both latinamerican spanish and Castilian Spanish and many other languages.

After buying it, indeed all languages are available and games are detecting the one you choose with no problem. Thanks!

It means that this is an european console, but nintendo claims that the nintendo switch is region free anyway. Usually european releases also include spanish.
