I only get to 2133MHz without OC, with xmp profile 1 the system somehow crashes. Custom OC (1.35V) I bring the RAM to 2666MHz. How do I reach the 3200? (Gigabyte Z170X-designare, i7-6700k)

There are BIOS updates that "increase RAM compatibility" or "improve XMP compatibility". The problem is that one of them is a BETA version, and the other is the Kabylake update, from which I cannot restore the old version... I would therefore prefer not to have to screw with the BIOS. Are there any other possibilities? Otherwise, I'll probably leave the RAM at its 2666MHz, which is actually enough.
