Question about Delock HDMI Typ A — HDMI Typ A

I have connected the cable to an rx6700xt and a lg oled55cx. Windows and the AMD control panel recognise the display and changes in the TV settings are also recognised on the PC. Unfortunately, the TV does not get a picture ("No Signal"). Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?... Everything works with the old HDMI cable.

The cable is directional. There is an arrow on the connector that must point in the right direction. This may be the reason.
