Question about Lenovo Tab M10 Plus Gen 3

I have already had the same problem with another lenovo tablet. Supposedly delivered without keyboard or pen and 4g. Finally received with keyboard. The Pen but not 4g. In short a big mix of bad information. MY QUESTION in your opinion this is 4g? Thanks for the help
