Hello, what type of cable are you using? 
You need to be connected directly with your Dazzle box to the composite Out connector of your cassette player. 
I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not.

Hello, what system are you using? Windows 10?  What program do you use to acquire the tapes? Are the drivers updated?
