Since I'm still running openHAB on my Synology, it may well be a module that only works via WLan but is openHAB-compatible.

I don't know if and how well openHAB is compatible, but have a look at the Shelly products. https://shelly.cloud
The simplest actuator, the Shelly 1, can be found for 10-12 Fr per piece.
