Question about Netgear Gs105pe-10000s

Hello, is there something like this with integrated wifi? We have a landline in every room of the house. If I understand correctly, I could use this device to tap the signal in another room. However, the WLAN would still be weak, let alone non-existent? Or would a powerline adapter be a good idea? E.g. Devolo? Mfg
