Theoretically YES, if the physical requirements are met (easy conversion).
However, there is no Windows on the new SSD card. So you have to install Windows 10 via USB stick. A bootable stick can be created at Microsoft with Windows Creation Tool. Possibly make changes in the BIOS to be able to boot from the USB stick. Or, if possible, clone the entire content (incl. Windows Recovery) of the 1T SSD onto the 2T SSD. This may require the possession of special clone hardware.
