Meeting just few of my expectations

I ordered this device to record my readings (not only live readings). The software that imports the data from device into PC is very buggy. It imports all the data into PC and erases the same from device. After import, software throws an error message saying that there is a problem in processing the data. Thats it.. you are completely lost. You don't have the data either in device or in PC. Wrote a mail to customer support and no reply. Don't know what do I do with this device if I am not able to import the data into PC and analyze it.

Since its deleting the data from device, you have to stick to only one PC to use all the time.
