Ich bin mach wie vor unsicher wegen der Arbeitsspeicher Ausstattung. Wird dieses Gerät nun mit oder ohne RAM geliefert?

Mit. Es sind 4GB DDR3L Memory verbaut, d.h. einer von zwei verfügbaren Steckplätzen ist mit diesem belegt. Du kannst den zweiten noch befüllen, aber max. 8Gb in total.

Was benötigt man noch um das Gerät laufen zu lassen?

Ram scheint ein 4 GB Riegel bereits verbaut zu sein, jedoch scheint eine Festplatte zu fehlen. Was kann hier verbaut werden?

Super günstiges Gerät, meistert einfache Aufgaben ohne Probleme

Der KleinPC reicht z.B. für Web- und Officearbeiten vollkommen aus. Verwende die Box für Steuerungs- u. Visualisierungsaufgaben.
Entgegen anderer Kommentare,
ist der Lieferung kein RAM dabei und auch nicht verbaut.
Ebenfalls funktioniert bei mir HyperX Kingston SO-DDR3L Impact 8GB Kit (2x, 4GB, DDR3L-1866, SODIMM 204) bestens.more

Gute Basis zum Basteln aber nervig, wenn das Ding schnell produktiv sein soll. Wenn's dann mal läuft ist alles gut :-).

Unbedingt RAM einbauen (z.B. OK ist 2 x Crucial Premium, 4GB DDR3-1600, SODIMM 204), welches auf der Zotac CI327nano Liste steht (HyperX, 8GB, DDR3-1866, SODIMM 204 funktioniert definitiv nicht).
Beim Einbau eines RAM Riegels den unteren Slots verwenden (da das Gerät beim Einbau normalerweise auf dem Rücken liegt ist dann der untere Slot oben 😊).
Die installierte BIOS Version (American Megatrend) ist nicht aktuell (es gibt eine Januar 2018 Version auf der Zotac Homepage).
BIOS ist im «silent mode» konfiguriert und bleibt somit unsichtbar (Ctrl-Del funktioniert, so man dann man fix genug ist). Die Dokumentation des BIOS ist rudimentär – try und error.
Beim Start des CI327 ist USB aktiv und eine USB Tastatur kann verwendet werden. Bluetooth wird erst mit dem OS aktiviert damit scheiden solche Tatstaturen für die Konfiguration des BIOS aus.
