With this XSPC Cutting & Bending Kit you get all the tools you need to process hard tubes or hoses perfectly and easily. This saves an enormous amount of time, energy and trouble, especially on the next Custom Wakü project. The tools enable exact cutting, clean deburring and comfortable bending of hard tubes.
XSPC bending hose for perfect stability
The XSPC bending hose is inserted into the hard tube to be processed before heating. This ensures that the tube does not bend inadvertently during the process. This ensures stability and even bending. The hose is approx. 50 cm long and suitable for hard tubes with an inner diameter of 10 millimetres.
XSPC bending tool ensures optimum bending
After inserting the bending hose into the hard tube, a heating gun or hair dryer can be used to heat the material. Just heat the area that is to be bent at the end. Then bend the heated tube to the desired position using the bending tool. This results in a really clean bend at an angle of 0 to 180°. The tool can accommodate tubes with an outside diameter of 12-14 millimeters. Now hold the tube in position until it has cooled down and then remove the bending hose.
XSPC hose cutter provides the required length
With the hose cutter, the bent tube can now be shortened according to requirements. To do this, simply insert the tube into the hose cutter and cut it as if with scissors. The cutter can cut PVC and PETG tubes as well as hoses with a diameter of 0-25 millimeters.
XSPC deburring & countersinking tool and abrasive paper for clean edges
To achieve the perfect result, the tube can be finished with the enclosed deburring and countersinking tool and the abrasive paper. Particularly when cutting the tubes, unevenness can occur at the cutting edge from time to time. With the help of this small tool, the cutting edge can be completely deburred and smoothed accordingly, which not only looks better, but is also quite advantageous for fitting.
