Wiko U Feel (5", 16GB, Dual SIM, 13MP, space grey)

Description

On the one hand, a fresh mix of materials and colours, combined with an elegant metal frame and a sandstone effect back, as well as the 2.5D rounded display for extremely comfortable handling. On the other hand, a brilliant HD screen, a multimedia powerhouse, a great camera and above all... a fingerprint sensor and the possibility to store 5 fingerprints for 5 different actions. Assign a specific function to each of your fingerprints, such as calling your mother or staying in touch with your friends, and make your digital experience truly personal now.

The U Feel allows you to customize your phone and make it a very personal experience. Register up to 5 different fingerprints of one or both hands. You can set up 5 actions for direct or access to your favorite apps, the features you use most or to call your loved ones. You can even give someone access to your phone by scanning his/her fingerprint. Five fingers, five actions. It's your call.

Your phone is valuable and even more so your data. The U Feel fingerprint technology will unlock your phone extremely quickly (0.48 seconds.), but it will also protect your sensitive data. You can decide whether your favorite apps need fingerprint recognition to open. No one else can access it but you. Or save private data in encrypted folders that only you can open. Protect sensitive photos, videos or music securely. Your hand will quickly become the safest password you've ever had.

Your smartphone needs to be responsive so you can enjoy it to the fullest. That's why the U Feel has a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with 64-bit technology. Together with 3 GB RAM, it guarantees flawless multitasking, extremely fast startup of apps and high reliability in the use of demanding applications. Nobody likes to wait, do they? Then let's talk about the super fast LTE data connection. Everything gets faster, whether downloading apps, uploading or streaming video. But the most important question is: Can you keep up?

The U Feel offers a 5 inch (12.7 cm) HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels, exactly the perfect size to view multimedia content and use your smartphone comfortably. But there's more. First, the extreme brightness of 420nits allows you to see your pictures perfectly even in strong sunlight, while CABC technology automatically adjusts the background brightness of your videos, providing brighter and sharper text on your display while still protecting your battery.

Take breathtaking and colorful pictures with the 13 MP camera from U Feel, equipped with a SONY IMX 258 sensor and a 5P lens with optical blue filter. Fantastic, even in low light conditions thanks to the 240LM LED flash. Stay alert as the autofocus only takes 0.5 seconds so you never miss anything again.

Thanks to the 84° wide angle of the 5 MP front camera, all your friends now fit comfortably on one photo. Still not enough? Then you can extend your selfie angle up to 100° with the wide-angle selfie mode. Even under poor lighting conditions, you will be able to take breathtaking pictures thanks to the front camera's LED flash.

Take a picture while recording a video or take two videos at the same time with the front and rear cameras thanks to DualView mode. What an experience.

Mobile phones

In search of a new mobile phone? We are happy to help you pick the device that’s right for you from our range of over 500 phones.

When it comes to mobiles, it’s not just looks that count but also what’s on the inside. Besides the design, smartphones can be distinguished by at least 18 product properties. This is where we can provide you with an excellent overview: By using the filters provided on this page, you can sort the wide range by properties. Simply select the criteria that are important to you by clicking on them in the navigation bar on the left. After a few simple steps, you will get an overview of all devices that meet your requirements. The displayed devices can then be sorted by price, release date or (positive) ratings. Once you’ve defined your personal must-have properties, it’s easy to narrow down the selection.

Please make the following considerations beforehand:

Android, iOS, Windows or BlackBerry – what should it be? It’s a fundamental question. A mobile phone's operation system does not only influence ease of use but also which apps are pre-installed on the device and which need to be additionally downloaded. The majority of smartphones out there use Android – the operation system developed by Google. Apple and BlackBerry rely on their own developments, namely iOS and BlackBerry OS. And then there’s the continually growing range of Microsoft smartphones. The latter use Windows Phone. The web is full of great tips to help you find out which operation system best suits your needs. E.g. http://visual.ly/comparison-mobile-os-android-ios-windows-and-blackberry.

What type of mobile phone user are you? Occasional or heavy? Your answer is decisive when it comes to processor power, memory or battery life as well as supported mobile radio standard. Processor performance is responsible for the time it takes for your favourite app to download and open – a particularly important aspect when it comes to games. The mobile radio standards supported by the phone affect how fast you can surf the web (filter “mobile phone standard”). The more frequently you use your mobile, the more energy or mAh you need (filter “capacity”). If you want to hang on to your mobile for as long as possible, it’s worth getting a model with a replaceable battery (filter “Battery properties”) as they usually start showing signs of weakness after a few months.

Love all things multimedial? If you’re constantly taking photos and have an extensive music library, you should look out for generous storage (filter “storage capacity”). Optional (internal) memory expansion (filter “Expandable memory”) is always an advantage. If you’re a photo enthusiast, you can filter our mobile range by camera properties (filter “camera” and “front/camera resolution”). If you’re into sports and not deterred by rain, then shock or water-resistance (filter “Protection type/IP code”) may be a decisive criteria in your search.

So ultimately, an attractive smartphone is one that gives you all your personal must-haves at an attractive price. We hope you have fun browsing our range and hope that you will find the device of your dreams.

Aspect ratio

Aspect ratio in the broader sense is the ratio of at least two differently long sides of a polygon. Usually the ratio of the width of a rectangle, a screen or a canvas to its height is given. A square has an aspect ratio of 1:1 because the two sides are of equal length. In the video sector, one also speaks of the aspect ratio.

GSM frequency bands

GSM frequency bands or frequency ranges are the radio spectrum frequencies designated by the ITU for the operation of the GSM for mobile phones.
Global System for Mobile communications (GSM: originally from Groupe Spécial Mobile) is the most popular standard for mobile phones in the world. Its promoter, the GSM Association, estimates that 82% of the global mobile market uses the standard. GSM is used by over 3 billion people across more than 212 countries and territories. Its ubiquity makes international roaming very common between mobile phone operators, enabling subscribers to use their phones in many parts of the world. GSM differs from its predecessors in that both signalling and speech channels are digital, and thus is considered a second generation (2G) mobile phone system. This has also meant that data communication was easy to build into the system.

microSD is a format for removable flash memory cards. It is derived from SanDisk TransFlash and is used mainly in mobile telephones, but also in handheld GPS devices, portable audio players, video game consoles and expandable USB flash memory drives.
It is currently (2008) the smallest memory card available commercially. At 15mm × 11mm × 0.7mm (about the size of a fingernail), it is about a quarter the size of an SD card. There are adapters which allow a microSD card to be used in devices intended for SD, miniSD, or MemoryStick Duo cards. However, they are not universally compatible.

SIM

SIM

A subscriber identity module (SIM) on a removable SIM card securely stores the service-subscriber key (IMSI) used to identify a subscriber on mobile telephony devices (such as mobile phones and computers). The SIM card allows users to change phones by simply removing the SIM card from one mobile phone and inserting it into another mobile phone or broadband telephony device.

A SIM card contains its unique serial number, internationally unique number of the mobile user (IMSI), security authentication and ciphering information, temporary information related to the local network, a list of the services the user has access to and two passwords (PIN for usual use and PUK for unlocking).

SIM cards are available in three standard sizes. The first is the size of a credit card (85.60 mm × 53.98 mm x 0.76 mm). The newer, most popular miniature version has the same thickness but a length of 25 mm and a width of 15 mm, and has one of its corners truncated (chamfered) to prevent misinsertion. The newest incarnation known as the 3FF or micro-SIM has dimensions of 15 mm × 12 mm. Most cards of the two smaller sizes are supplied as a full-sized card with the smaller card held in place by a few plastic links; it can easily be broken off to be used in a device that uses the smaller SIM.

The first SIM card was made in 1991 by Munich smart card maker Giesecke & Devrient, who sold the first 300 SIM cards to Finnish wireless network operator Radiolinja.

Dual SIM

A dual SIM mobile phone is one which has two Subscriber Identity Modules (SIMs). Dual-SIM adapters are available to allow cellphones to contain two SIMs, and to switch from one to the other as required. Some phones are designed to work with two SIMs, both of which may be active at the same time.

Außerdem fehlt NFC an Bord.more
