The Giant P-47D Thunderbolt was the largest and heaviest single-seater fighter-bomber with piston engine ever built in series. The model presented here fascinates Scale fans not only because of the striking
paint scheme, but also because of its balanced flight characteristics. It convinces by numerous details, e.g. an extended cockpit with seats, control stick, instrument panel, pedals, but also by a painted GRP engine cowling with radial engine dummy. The delivered wing is already prepared for the installation of a retractable landing gear and is equipped with fully hinged landing flaps and ailerons. Covered with matt MONOKOTE film, the Giant P-47D Thunderbolt presents itself powerful, imposing and rich in detail.
