Description

The Kryonaut baptized heat-conducting paste is ideally suited for cryogenic cooling such as nitrogen or compressor cooling - but between a CPU and an air or water cooler it feels just as comfortable. Aluminium and tin oxide components are embedded in a support structure here, which optimally compensate for unevenness on the surfaces of the heat source and heat sink while offering outstanding thermal conductivity. In contrast to many competitor products, the Kryonaut does not yet use drying processes even at 80 °C.more

Gute aber etwas teure Paste

Lässt sich gut verteilen, kühlt gut, aber das tun andere auch... Preis etwas hoch, darum "nur" 4 Sterne. Ich habe die Paste mit einem anderen Spachtel verteilt, die Applikatoren schienen mir etwas unzuverläsig.

Preis ist hoch aber würde diese jederzeit wieder kaufen, da super werte.

Super Wärmeleitpaste. Lässt sich gut auftragen. Habe sie zuvor in ein Wasserbad gestellt welches auf ca 50°C temperatur war, damit sie sich noch leichter auftragen lässt. Habe das Gummiteil zum auftragen nicht angeschraubt, da somit Paste verloren gehen würde. Einfach n tropfen in die Mitte und mit den mitgelieferten aufsätzen verteilen. Von der Viskosität im warmen zustand etwa wie Nutela xD
Die Wärmeleitwerte sind super, habe einen 4770K auf 4.5Ghz und einer Corsair H80i wasserkühlung unter stressbedingungen mit Prime85 auf max 75°C. Für den Hitzkopf Haswell eine solide Leistung.
Der Langzeittest wird zeigen ob /bzw wielange die paste nicht austrocknet.
