The Cobra is the creation of the legendary American race car driver Carroll Shelby. He fitted the lightweight British sports car AC Ace with a powerful 427 V8 engine, creating a venomous beast that could accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just under 4 seconds. For many, the iconic Gulf Oil sponsor's light blue-orange color scheme is the most attractive paint job for the vehicle.
