    Purchase recommendation

    Super price-performance! Have the amplifier mainly for turntables and CD, clear controls, digital display ... only no 'loudness' setting.

    It doesn't always have to be REVOX

    One day, after almost 40 years, my REVOX receiver (which I had only been using as an amplifier for a long time) no longer emitted any sound. I had to find a replacement quickly; I quickly ended up with a Yamaha. -
    On the     Studer-Revox website you can still find the price of the B285 when it came onto the market in 1985: over 3000 francs! In comparison, the Yamaha is almost a gift - and its basses even sound fuller (but that could be my imagination). - But will it last 38 years? Hmmm: By then I'll be 107 years old, or rather I would be...
