    Ingenious product from WD for server use

    WD Red is my absolute favourite when I need to use server disks for private use.

    Good performance, but vibrates strongly

    Unfortunately, the disc makes my NAS (Synology 1816+) vibrate so much that it is acoustically disturbing. I was able to fix it to some extent with a little tape under the discs. There are good YouTube videos on this. Today I would buy larger discs, but possibly fewer.
