Good device if it would not cause problems

I have bought a display unit. Unfortunately, various screws on the plastic covers, on the lamp at the front and now also on the connection at the bottom of the handlebars have come loose.
As if that wasn't enough, the motor
    now also has less power.
The device is being sent back, I hope the repair or replacement will be quick, as I was actually satisfied and WOULD like to have it again.

The scooter has some good points, especially the price, but it could be lighter and a bit more powerful.

After a few days of daily use: stable, pleasant, safe trot with 2 disc brakes. The homologation is a plus, that's for sure. I've never found a cheaper homologated bike. I haven't found a cheaper homologated bike. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new bike, but it's a good idea to buy a new bike, because it's a good idea to buy a new bike. A 500w motor is not a luxury. After 10 to 15kms you feel that the coupling is no longer there and it is better to recharge. In speed it is limited to 20km/h exactly by law (checked with the GPS). Moreover it is really heavy to carry by hand and cumbersome with a large tray which reduces the practicality.

    Junk!

I received my VMAX R25 a few days ago. The batteries were fully charged according to the instructions before the first ride, then the e-scooter was driven once and now nothing works. The display remains black. Connecting the thing to the power supply again does nothing. The e-scooter is new. What a piece of junk! I'm returning the part. It looks like a serial problem. Other Digitec buyers have the same problem!
