Absolutely great smartphone. Super support directly from the manufacturer. Technically, it makes its competitors look old. Sensational display and super innovative mobile phone.
Unfortunately Swisscom refuses to accept WiFi calling for this manufacturer. Swisscom only supports Apple. In the meantime they already support Samsung and Huawei...
Devices from the 2nd largest mobile phone manufacturer in the world (BBK) are simply ignored. (But this only concerns Wifi Calling - everything else works perfectly).
However, this has nothing to do with the Vivo Nex S.
Fingerprint, selfie camera much better than criticism.
Reception better than Samsung and Apple & Co.
Vivo Funtouch OS launcher can now be easily replaced without Vivo account.
Quality, price and workmanship are slightly better than the Oppo Find X (the only comparable phone on the current market).

Very good surprise with the Nex S.. a giant OLED screen for an acceptable size. Very good autonomy, camera ok without more, nice interface in interaction with Novalauncher. From the first week I made the back glass transparent by following the Vivo Nex S - CLEAR Edition tutorial! - Hidden Camera Exposed on youtube ... You have to like to tinker, but the result is very nice :) downside it blows the warranty.
The fingerprint reader under the screen is not super fast and sometimes works well and sometimes you have to go back to it several times... as it is not something essential I disabled it. The retractable front camera is nice, it saves space.
After testing the Note 8, iPhone X and Galaxy S9+, and a P20 Pro, apart from the photo side which could be better, I'm really happy with the Vivo Nex S.

The Vivo Nex S is absolutely amazing. It's the best smartphone I've ever held in my hands. It is super fast and very user-friendly. There are still a few things about the OS that could be improved, but that's complaining at the highest level.
The only thing that really bothers me so far is that it takes 2-3 attempts to use the fingerprinter. It is clear that the technology is completely new and is not comparable with the fingerprinter in the casing as before. So you have to "aim" pretty accurately for the unlock to work right the first time.
Nevertheless, the fingerprint on display and the pop-up camera are an absolute eye-catcher.
