    Does what it should. For the price a great entry-level product.

    Price performance quite ok. Miliampére range difficult to set. Instruction manual for laymen difficult to understand also because no picture with the described numbers is drinn. The picture for attaching a resistor is for another device.

    I need it as a universal charger / power supply.

    The power supply makes a good impression visually. Neatly packaged, the power supply makes a stable and quality impression. The instruction manual is apparently for a very similar device and very poor.
    I need it as a universal     charger / power adapter
