    Works fine, but needs a battery to measure.

    Works fine, but needs a battery to measure. If you forget to turn off the meter after measuring, the battery will be drained and the meter cannot be used until you insert new batteries.

    Works well, but unfortunately "Made in China".

    Varta AG is actually a Swabian world market leader in battery solutions. Unfortunately, they apparently have charge testers dutifully manufactured in China ($2 production price)...and still stick the VARTA logo on it. Long live globalization and outsourcing at its best!

    This tester especially helps Varta to sell more batteries...

    ... ...by requiring you to turn off the device yourself. If you forget to do that, you need two new LR44 button cell batteries the next time.
