Braked castors cause floor damage / Height adjustment cylinder requires 40kg - too strong.

The design is pleasing. Assembly is no problem.
The braked castors are a disadvantage! Most offices / rooms have floors without a slope, so that the chair cannot roll away. However, the office chair is dragged across the floor every time it is pulled away from and pushed back to the office table, whether carpet or hard floor - the floor suffers a lot.
In addition, it takes at least 40 kg of body weight to lower (retract) the cylinder for height adjustment - too much for it to be more of a child's chair.
